Love these gummy’s love the taste and how soft they are and this is the only thing that works I got really bad menopause so hot flashes are much better and mood is better too it took a month and a half to work fully but it started helping within the first week like I said I got pretty severe menopause and it’s working for me don’t give up it’s got to build in your body

These are hands-down amazing for menopause! They have reduced hot flashes and night sweats at a very noticeable difference. Yes I still get hot flashes but they’re not as intense. I stopped taking them for five days and I noticed how much the stuff actually worked because I started getting the night sweats again, and I was waking up drenched. I went back to taking them and after three days I started noticing less and less hot flashes so it does work.

These flavorful & tasty gummy vitamins do a great job of completely alleviating my hot flashes. Though they don’t seem to help with any other symptoms of menopause. However, the fact that I no longer have hot flashes is a WIN. (I also drink around 2 cups of soy milk daily.) The only downside to these is that they’re VERY expensive—considering that a 3 month supply of black cohosh is approximately $3 at my local herbal supply store. (The other ingredients are similarly priced.) I do like this product a lot & want to keep supporting the company that creates it. However, due to the high price, it’s likely I wong be able to keep purchasing these.

I've been taking these for 2-3 months now, I am ok with the gummies and no problem with taste, but they are supposed to help with "belly weight" absolutely no difference. I do watch what I eat, small exercise routine, lots of walking and I even cut out soda (this was not easy).
