Great product and I read all the bad reviews on this product and it is all people that used the product wrong. One person complains about a film that you have to clean with acetone but that's what you have to do with epoxy. Please do your research and read the instructions before using

Very good product

I'm building a Phil Thiel "Escargot" and bought this epoxy to wet out fiberglass cloth. Mixed it up, poured it over the cloth, spread it out with a yellow plastic squeegee, stood back, and admired my work. I've done this operation a couple of dozen times over 30 years. This is my first try with Total Boat. It works as good, if not better, than any epoxy I've used thus far. The consistency is perfect for wetting out 6oz. cloth. Here are my results: Coverage was 167 square feet of 6 oz. cloth on red meranti marine plywood. It took almost the entire gallon kit. Temperature was 68° with 70% humidity, slow hardener. The part of the boat in the sun set up in 30 minutes. The rest in the shade set up in about 90 minutes. It took 90 minutes to do each half. Since the temperature was 50° overnight, I had to wait 48 hours for it to cure enough to sand the edges and apply the second half. The result was very satisfactory. The epoxy self-leveled nicely. Absolutely no complaints about the performance of the epoxy. The kit comes with a pair of disposable gloves, two quart plastic cups, two stir sticks, and the pumps. My only complaint about the kit is the same with everyone else's kits: the resin pumps need larger spouts.

I am kind of disappointed the “kit” I bought didn’t include the pumps ...the add led me to believe it was included ...because it said they were ....
