I've been using the TheraICE Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap for several weeks now as part of my AC joint sprain recovery, and it’s been an essential part of my routine alongside morning heat therapy and physical therapy sessions. The wrap gets very cold—excellent for inflammation relief—but I definitely recommend wearing a T-shirt or long sleeve underneath to avoid skin discomfort.It’s incredibly soft, easy to put on, and fits comfortably. That said, it does tend to slide off a bit if I'm moving around, even with the strap, so it's best used while sitting or resting. Despite that, it provides great cooling, and I’ve seen a difference in my recovery. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with shoulder injuries or pain.

Very pleased with this product. Have used several times. It is a little heavy but not enough to not use it. It is a soft material and stays cold 20 plus minutes which is all you need at a time. Easy to adjust and fit covering my entire shoulder.

Gets pretty cold, enough to make a difference, however, the cold only lasts about 15 minutes. The form fit really seems to help though. Although, the sleeve is a bit on the small side. I'm not a big guy, with biceps at 14", and it fits really snug. Any bigger and it wouldn't go on without really stretching it, and I'm not sure how far you can go before damaging the sleeve. Also, the strap barely fits around my 45" chest, and I measured 47" diagonally from the top of the shoulder, down and around the other side. Hope that helps.

This shoulder ice pack is amazing. I just got it in the mail, put it into the freezer and tried it on for the first time. It's made of a 1/2 inch thick solid but squishy gel material and covered with a soft stretchy material. I just had rotator cuff repair and will be returning to work 11 days post op. Icing is essential especially early on in recovery. I do have a cold therapy machine, but was looking for something a little more portable while I'm at work or out and about. It's pretty comfortable. There are no straps that go under the arm on the side that has ghe ice pack on it, but its super soft ans stretchy so thats a bonus. It stays cold for 20+ mins. I think this checks all my boxes.The only 3 "cons" are:It is a bit on the heavy side.I did need a little help putting it on since I only have 1 hand I can use... I do think it will get easier with practice.Lastly, you probably should wear a shirt underneath it because it gets VERY cold.

Am so happy w this, it is as comfortable as something on your injured shoulder can be. It was easy to adjust, fit me 5'5" 140lbs, then my cousin tried it on- 6'3", fit him too! It stays cool for a reasonable time, the weight is comforting. I have worn it to bed every night, then a couple times thru the day! Looks well made, well designed.

I've had major shoulder surgery repair on February 21st of 2025, second repair, fourth shoulder surgery overall between both. The injury was from serving my country not that it makes it any more different from anybody else. A consisted of three torn tendons with two having to be reattached to the bone, and a very badly injured labrum that required extensive cleanup work, got an achromoplasty and partial bursaectomy. When you tear attendance severely this is not uncommon it's just the degree of how bad. Unfortunately this one was really bad.Shoulder surgery is brutal but a repair is just a whole other couple of levels above that. Having little ice packs helps a little but the one it physical therapy made a huge difference, they wanted $80 on Amazon for that, I found this to be as good and half the price.Having this be as a gel and not refillable and it covers the entire shoulder injury including the supporting areas such as the rombpids and the traps and a little bit of the chest. All of this makes a huge difference in my pain and recovery as I'm doing more during my recovery.Initially it is a little bit difficult to put on, but figure it out first and get it sized and adjusted right. once I did that, it's wonderful, I just put it in the freezer and it takes me about 15 seconds to put on. If that.I am giving it five stars because I think once you figure out how it needs to fit you it works as good as the one they have in physical therapy now I have it at home and I can do it as often as I need!I personally think this is a must if you have ANY shoulder surgery!I will see over time on the durability, but I am not anticipating any durability issues as long as you take care of it.

Fits great, feels great, but it doesn’t stay cold for more than 10 minutes. I find myself putting a gel cold pack under it around the 8 minute mark to get a full 20 minutes of consistent ice cold relief.

Easy to wear, effective, still cool for long, can be use in both shoulders. Amazing!
