Fantastic for cooking, no more spoiled milk!
I rarely drink milk any longer for calorie reasons, but still need it for cooking and baking. I hated buying even quart bottles that I would have to just drink part of because I often didn't use enough before it went bad. This product ends that problem! As others mentioned this is not the frankly nasty dehydrated milk that came in boxes that you might have tried in the past. It is high quality and tastes fantastic, and best of all in every needed way for cooking it behaves just like fresh milk. Even ranch dressing can be made with it! It's expensive, but if you're in a similar situation I am where you would use more fresh milk just to keep from losing it to spoilage, then this is very worth considering. The seller I choose has always sold cans that expire many months into the future. Occasionally there is a small dent but it in no way affects the product inside.

Perfect for travel coffee cream
We like to travel with instant coffee packets, but struggle to find a good cream option that doesn't taste like a bunch of chemicals. This product works perfectly! Travel with it in a ziploc bag, no problems. Tip if you're doing this - dissolve coffee first, then add powdered milk, mixes better for some reason.

Dry whole milk
I like that it doesn’t need refrigeration and that I will always have a source of milk . It tastes pretty good for dry milk works well as milk to drink. It is a bit pricey for us though so we use it only as needed.

Dehydrated Whole Milk as it Ought to Be!
In my lifetime I have tried many dehydrated milk products starting in childhood and going forward. There have only been two (2) dehydrated whole milk powders that I have tried which pass muster, which really taste like fresh milk using the gold standard that is real fresh milk. This is one of the two. I use it in my coffee, my tea, my cereal, my puddings, and where and whenever I want milk, but may not have fresh milk on hand. I may in the future try another brand as I have in the past. However, thus far I have always come back to PEAK.

Enhances the creaminess of hot chocolate!
Instant hot chocolate mixes are not like I remember hot chocolate when I was younger. I’m 65 years young now. Whole milk was the milk we drank when I was a child, I don’t even know if 2% and skim was available. So hot chocolate was made with Hershey Quik chocolate flavor which had the sugar already added in. Swiss Miss is my choice for hot chocolate yet when made with water, it’s not the same. Even with using 2% milk it still doesn’t taste like I remember. Adding 1-3 tablespoons of this dry whole milk powder brings it to the next level! It’s the fat in the dry milk powder that add to the flavor and creaminess of the instant hot chocolate mix. Sure, you can make REAL hot cocoa from the recipe on the box of the Cocoa mix, if you prefer cooking it on the stovetop and adding 5 ingredients + marshmallows which is far superior to the instant mix. Yet adding this dry whole milk powder is a huge improvement!

Best coffee creamer EVER...
This is awesome as milk replacement for coffee. Was using Red Cow previously, but this has less sodium and I like it better, it is creamier in coffee. I only need to use 1 rounded teaspoon per cup of coffee. With Red Cow always needed to use two. Peak has 85 mg of sodium per 3 tablespoons (vs 120 mg for same amount of Red Cow), and since I only use 1 teaspoon it's insignificant source of sodium for me Bought a small 14.1 oz container at first to make sure I liked it, and after using it a week was sold on it, so ordered the 5.5 lb container. Will refill the little container with it. Used to use organic whole milk, but that was costly considering I drink a lot of coffee, and whole milk isn't convenient. Peak is from Holland, they have stricter food guidelines than we do in the USA, so it's ok (for me, at least) that it's not organic. And powered whole milk goes a long way... a container lasts a long time... so it's worth the money. Costs way less than the equivalent of real whole milk.
