Will this work on leather Horse tack?

I believe so. I use this on any and all leather and have amazing results. It cleans my Italian leather sofa, coach purses, men's work boots and more. I'd imagine it work just as good on horse tack.

will this work on dried bird poop stains? i took of the bird poop but it left a green stain on my leather sofa.

I don't know. I have never tried to remove bird poop. I have found a soft cloth dampened with olive oil will remove a lot of stains. Try it on an area that doesn't show.
