I love that there is no taste to this product and I can add it to my morning coffee and still enjoy it in the same way I usually do. It does not upset my stomach as I know some oils can do. A great way to add some healthy fat to your morning.

This is a great product. The price is very affordable considering the size. I mix about 1 tbsp to my Keto drink everyday. It is tastless but has a bit of "greasy" texture, but it does not leave any residue and is very easy to clean off my shaker bottle. I dropped one star because the container is made of soft plastic. The lid easily broke off as soon as I opened it and the bottle gets easily squeezed when you hold a grip on it (similar to a plastic bottled water). But you can always tansfer it to another container with a pourer like I did. Overall I would recommend this product. You can also clip a $2 off coupon occassionally if you're lucky. My first purchase was for $25.95 from $27.95 with a $2 coupon. However, a little over a week the coupon has increased to $5! Imagine my frustration.. I could not pass up the deal so I bought another bottle and gifted it to a friend who just started the keto diet. You cannot find MCT Oil of this size at a low price like this. I suggest you look out for the coupon once in a while to ensure you're getting it at the lowest cost.Only thing I dislike about this product is the "soft plastic" bottle.

Using this as a topical moisturizer for seborrheic dermatitis since it has no Lauric acid (C12). Thank you for putting the full breakdown of C8 and C10 on the nutrition label!It has no odor (and it shouldn't) like some other brands, and the bottle just looks sweet.The only thing I would change is to put it in a glass bottle so plastic doesn't potentially leach into the MCT oil.

I was using a different MCT oil that a friend gave to me, needed to buy new and decided to try Levels. Honestly this is SO much better than the one I was using before. NO taste, very smooth. I appreciate the handsome label as well since I leave it out on my counter. :) Thank you.

Lid was not screwed on completely. Safety seal not attached. It leaked about 1/4 cup out into the box that had other items. Disappointed

Cap and lid were broken when it arrived. Spills badly down side and is messy. Need a better lid and cap. Otherwise product is fine. Just goes to show that packaging matters. Thanks

The only time I have to work out is first thing in the morning and am often a little tired when starting out, but I've started adding a serving of the MCT oil to my [protein shake and have already noticed a boost in my workouts. As with their whey protein powder, It's also a great plus that it's completely natural and I don't have to worry about putting anything harmful in my body. Looking forward to trying it in smoothies and in other applications as well.
