⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5)I have been using this chair for the past one month. The build quality is decent, design also looks good, and comfort is average. Assembling the chair was easy and I didn’t face any issue with that.The only problem is with the backrest. Whenever I try to lean back and rest, it doesn’t stay in that position. Instead, it pushes me forward again into a straight position. My weight is around 50 kg, so I thought it would work smoothly, but sadly it doesn’t.It would have been much better if the chair had an option to lock the position – either straight or reclined. Since it has already been a month, I can’t return it now. Overall, it’s okay for short sitting hours, but not comfortable for long use or relaxation.

I am writing this review almost after 4 to 5 months of use, and i am satisfied with the product.overall look of the chair is awesome ,feels stylish comfortable and sturdy,if i must mention the cons of this chair so i would say lack of lower back support,as i have lower back issue and it doesn't provide that much support to my lower backoverall it is worth of money .HOPE THIS WILL HEPFULL

Recently, however, I noticed an issue with the backrest — it was tilted and not staying upright, and the lock mechanism wasn’t working properly. I contacted the brand’s support team, and to my surprise, the service was extremely fast and smooth. They immediately acknowledged the problem, guided me properly, and asked for photos/videos to understand the issue.Without any delays, they arranged replacement parts which reached me much quicker than expected. They even shared a clear demo video to help me dismantle and reassemble the chair with ease. After installing the new parts, the chair feels absolutely brand new and very comfortable again.I truly appreciate how the team kept me updated throughout and handled everything in such a professional yet friendly way.
