We LOVE these cards! We’ve ordered 4 or 5 different letter flash card sets over the years and these win hands down!1. They are nice and big! The perfect size!2. The side with the plain letters is in a great font for beginners3. They feel nice and sturdy4. My daughter loves the illustrated side too!

These were just what I was looking for- simple letters on one side and letters with picture clues on the other. I wanted sturdy flash cards that did NOT have visual reminders (pictures, etc) to help remind the learner of the letter name and sound, and these definitely fit the bill!

I purchased these along with the numbers for my 3 year old. They’re very sturdy and larger than I was expecting (not a bad thing!). I might look into getting the accompanying dvd for these cards. One thing I noticed first time using them is on the animated side (where they draw the letter into a character) it is kind of confusing for my son. For example capital A is drawn as a cat and when I asked him what it was, he answered a cat. Lol! I guess he’s not wrong!

Everything about this program is amazing! The only thing I wish I would have done different was to buy the WHOLE entire set from the actual company instead of piece by piece. So worth the money! Cards are sturdy and love how they are double sided with just the word and the character! I know my son “knows” the word!

I'm rewriting my review as I don't know what happened to the first. I was so excited by my son's success that I was speaking the review instead of typing it and it got twisted and misunderstood.My now 3 yr old has had the dvds since he was 2. He would watch meet the letters repeatedly. I had a different set of ABC cards and he had trouble with a number of the cards. Well, once these came, he was able to identify all of the letters and even mimicked the DVD tune for some of the letters. I was so ecstatic and my excitement made him want to watch more of the dvds. We're now working on meet the sight words and although he's been watching that for some time as wel, these are a bit more challenging as I didn't have cards to reinforce what was seen. I have no doubt that he'll get through these with no problem. This is definitely a great series and I can't wait to bless someone with the entire set of dvds and add-ons once he's done.

I taught a 2 year old and a toddler their letters, numbers, colors, shapes and sight words with these CD videos.Definitely worth the money especially if you buy in a group series. Bright, colorful, slow and paced so toddlers do not get overwhelmed and 10 month old babies love the Colors and Shapes video. It is paced with a rhythm. I do not believe that Busy noisy Sesame Street is not appropriate for young toddlers and babies, too much at one time. Too much activity and noise going on on Sesame Street. It is a good show for 4 year olds, but not the young.

My 5 year old is in kindergarten and his teacher told us to buy these flash cards to help him learn the letters and sounds. They’re big and have helpful pictures to help him recognize each letter and what it stands for. It has helped tremendously! I definitely would recommend!

My daughter is 18 months old and she recognizes I would say half her letters. We have used this combined with the meet the letters video.
