These are perfect for Halloween and my Garden area, as you can see from the pictures I have made new brackets (angle ones) that attach to the bottom so I can mount (the Cats) to my concrete curb around my Garden area. This will keep the Cats from disappearing from my area. I was very pleased with how will made they were and the eyes are made of a shiny marble material and reflect the light nicely at night to add a bit of an eerie glow. Also the metal stakes are nice to have if I need them for another installation.I would recommend them to neighbors and others when asked where I purchased them from.

Would definitely buy again. These are the perfect size. They do NOT need to be only for halloween decorations. I put them out in my yard and they look great.They are large kitten size. Very cute.

I love how these black cats look! I bought these to use as Halloween yard decorations. They are adorable! And I love the green glass marble eyes. I cannot wait to set them up in my front yard this Halloween. Last year I used a template and jigsaws a Witch from plywood and painted it black. I have a cat template, but after all the crazy cutting on the first piece I didn’t want to do anymore. I was looking for yard decorations on Amazon and these popped up. Now I have three cats in different posses to go with the Witch. Yay! I actually did not realize they are meant to be used to scare birds from gardens until I opened the package. They come with an option to hang the cats from tree (hooks) or attach a spike to the bottom (all hardware is included). I did set one up in one of my tomato containers to see if it would deter what ever is eating them (I think it’s a squirrel) when the turn orange. It did not prevent my tomato from being eaten though. Regardless, I love them for the decor. So cute.

Got these for Halloween and they are great! Very sturdy and lifelike! Even the neighborhood dogs and cats thought they were real. The marble eyes catch the light at certain times and make a cool glow. We’ve received several compliments from neighbors.

I got these for Halloween but let’s be realistic here. I like black cats, they were on prime sale, I bought them, period.They are a nice weight, seem like they will hold up well and are really cute and I can’t wait to get them assembled and get them out in the yard.The disappointed part is that there aren’t any screws and nuts to attach the stakes to the cats. And I took two stars off for that because now I have to go up to my local Home Depot and have to ask the grumpy old man who works in the screw and nut aisle for help because I don’t have the patience to figure out what size I need in that aisle of misery. Now that I think about it, that’s probably why he’s so grumpy!But, I will endure, and go up there tomorrow and get what I need and maybe the manufacturer might read this review and put 6 nuts and screws in the package.

So, lately, I have had a lot more bugs and birds on my balcony. After finding bird droppings on one of my decorative outdoor pillows two times, that was it. I did some research and added some things to my balcony to deter bugs and birds. First, I got 2 rosemary plants. Those seem to help with keeping bugs away. Then, I got a small black owl wind chime and these black garden cats within a few days of one another. It seems the owl wind chimes helped with keeping birds away....but, I think the cats sealed the deal. I hung one on each side and corner of the balcony as I have two open sides. I am not using the third cat. The cats' eyes are very bright. I have not seen a single bird since I hung the cats with the hooks that come in the package....and it is been 5 days or more. The birds are not coming on or near my balcony anymore (3rd floor/end unit/facing a canyon of trees)...they do not even fly near the balcony. I did not really want cat decor even though I have a black cat....but, I am very happy with the quality and how they seem to be helping with my problem! Since my balcony has beige/khaki and black decor (garden stool, fern urns, plant pots, outdoor rug, outdoor pillows, and furniture), the black cats coordinate well.
