Wisteria Lane 4 Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Sets, Wicker Conversation Set for Porch Deck, Brown Rattan Sofa Chair with Cushion

Have had it for two days. It arrived two days early. It took two of us just less than an hour to put together. I love it. My two day assessment is that it’s great for the price, looks great, comfortable, everything came together very nicely. Haven’t seen how it’s going to hold up after a rainy day, but I have some pretty optimistic hopes. I plan on getting a furniture cover for the winter and extended times when the weather could be crappy, but for $335-ish dollars, this was a great deal. I was contemplating buying a set similar from Lowe’s that was $1k more, so glad I checked out Amazon before buying.

I received this set in about three days, way sooner the expected. It set outside in the big box's, then I decided I think I can try and put it together myself, be 80 in April, but very young 80. So that is exactly what I did. It took awhile because you have to use a stupid little allen wrench, that took me the longest as I always had the find the hole in the screwhead. but totally worth it. It is a lovely set , the pillows came really scrunched didn't think they would ever come out of it , but I took a steamer to them this morning and that helped a whole lot. still a little scrunched in places. The little bag that held the screws and washers had a hole in it when I took it out of box some screws and washers were in box and some on the ground as I didn't know it had a hole. Thankfully I found everything I needed I was so worried. I have a 10x10 Gazebo and fit perfect I can even put my table and a couple chairs. I got it in the brown and cream pillows. Not sure where people were having trouble aliening the holes for the screws I had NO trouble they just didn't read the instructions, It says DO NOT tighten tight until after putting it together incase you have to move it a hair. All in all I would recommend this set to whoever has smaller area. as it is a smaller set which I needed. and it is comphy!!!I am thankful I ordered covers as it has rained since getting it. I have canopy on Gazebo but if raining hard things can still get wet. I was happy I got them in two days!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It looked beautiful and looked like it could fit on my porch. I love the color of the furniture. It was quite easy to put together. I had some problems with putting the table together but I reached out to Amazon and Cherry was amazing she walked me through everything as well as ordering and sending a replacement part. Her help was immeasurable. I really appreciate her kindness and assistance in resolving the issue I had. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this set! It comes in 2 boxes and make sure you have help to move it. I didn’t have help and it was very difficult I’m 5 ft and 120lbs for reference. It looks amazing though and wasn’t to bad to put together.

Took a little time to assemble, not too difficult. Worst thing about these are the seating height. To my family they are at least 3-4 inches too low. Build bases under each seat because kinda feels like your falling into the seat. Maybe when we upgrade to thicker cushions that might make up the difference. The feet on the bottoms arrived cracked and some busted completely off.After having these and using them for a couple weeks I don't think I would buy these again given the chance. These are kept on my deck in a screened-in porch, after a couple of weeks of use, I've noticed chips and cracks in the plastic wicker material. Not only that, I've been unable to buy the exact same size cushions to go back on it. It definitely needs thicker cushions. The 2 in go flat much faster than they should. They become very uncomfortable after just a little bit of use. I thought with a thicker cushion it might make a difference being as I am over 6'3 but if I'm going to purchase a cushion it's either going to be too small or too big. I tried putting 22 in by 22 in 5-in depth cushions on here but of course they don't fit by my tape measure. It's a 21x19 and the deepest cushion I find in that size is 2 and 1/2 to 3 in order. The custom cushions for this would be around $700 making this set of patio. Just not worth the money but that's my opinion. If anyone knows where to get the correct size cushions, please let me know on here

I’ve owned other sets by Wisteria before. The hardware is definitely upgraded. My set wasn’t supposed to be delivered until the 20th(I’m not a Prime member & I ordered the 6th) yet both boxes showed up in perfect condition today, the 8th. Nothing missing or broken, blue of cushions & color of the “wicker” exactly as shown. As a middle aged woman with a spinal injury, I put the entire set together on my own in 2 & 1/2 hours including multiple breaks, using only the Allen wrench included. Instructions are clear, while the boxes are heavy, each piece is a good weight, nice height on everything, not too low or too high. I payed almost the same for 2 chairs and an end table from the same brand almost 3 years ago. Good value for a set that will last a few years if taken care of.

Overall, I am happy with the product.Cons: The tempered glass top for the table was shattered upon receiving. One out of four suction cups that hold the glass top in place was missing. The back cushions aren’t supportive.Pros:The item looks like advertised. The quality is decent. Easily assembled. The seat cushions are sturdy and supportive.The customer service rep (Cherry), with the company, was very responsive to my inquiry about replacing the table top, I was kept updated on the status of replacement. It was quickly replaced!
