Champkey STP Comfortable Golf Grips Set of 13 - Choose Between 13 Grips with 15 Tapes and 13 Grips with All Repair Kits

These grips look a little strange as there is a seam that runs along the length of it. However it is a smooth seam. These took the same effort as other grips I've installed. I'm not crazy about the tape strips. I'm used to masking tape style. These got a little bunchy but seemed to smooth out. I've got about 100 swings on them. Very comfortable and not overly tacky. If they last two years I'd buy them again.NOTE: After 15 months of use, I will not purchase these again. Frequently used clubs are showing too much wear.

Higher-end golf club grips, like Golf Pride, Winn, etc., can run $12 US and up each, so a set of 13 grips, solvent, tape, tool, and vice for <$60 is a HUGE price savings. After re-gripping, I've played three, 18-hole, rounds of golf with these Champkey grips, and they've been great! Tacky, yet soft, and they adhere firmly to the shafts of my clubs. I'm now officially a "Senior" golfer, so I ordered the medium thickness, and they match up perfectly with the medium sizes of other, high-end, grips.These are a "must-buy" if you need new grips, in my opinion.

The pictures in the ad have these grips as a BRIGHT Gold! NOT! The color is actually a dark dull BRONZE. If you are thinking these grips are the bright color in the photo, they are NOT. Here's a comparison of what is on the ad and what the grip is - big difference!

This product was gold in color and specifically ordered black and blue to match my husband's golf bag. I paid extra to get the grips that also included a repair kit and it did not come. While my husband was regripping his clubs he noticed that the grips are quite flimsy at the end so it is best to use a gripper to hold on to your club to apply the grip quickly. Overall, I will not be ordering again and honestly receiving the wrong color disappointed me as this was a gift so I did not have time to send them back.

I bought these grips to substitute my WINN grips.The material y obviously not the same thus the grips are not tacky as winn.They are kind of slippery when sweating.Now lets see how long they last.

The grips arrived neatly packed with all items included. I notice straight away they were very hard and not pliable at all. They must have exceeded their shelf life because they were hardened and the rubber had shrunk. Struggled to get one on and gave up. Amazon quickly accepted the return and I have ponied up for Winn grips. I was trying to get a more affordable option and theses were not it. I may have just gotten a very old pack but I like them right the first time.

It was difficult to determine if what I was ordering was actually what I ordered. It wasn't really clear to me that there were separate selections other than color. I thought that I had ordered the grips in blue with the whole kit to install the grips. I was wrong. I ended up with a color other than what I thought, and did not have the solvent. Not blaming anyone but myself, but it wasn't real clear. I even went back and looked again before placing order but still got it wrong. Still don't have the new grips on and waiting on materials from a separate order.

Product arrived as promised in great condition. Re-gripping of clubs went okay, just be sure to use plenty of fluid to coat the inside of the grip & the taped shaft otherwise you'll be in for a battle. So far have not been able to use them on the course but the grips feel good swinging them after they were installed.
