Worth taking.
I notice a difference when I take one of these.I take one in the morning, along with a couple of the "Goodbye Stress" gummies from Olly.My mood is improved and I don't get so bent out of shape when things at work or home happen like I used to.

Great company and products
I take daily as well as the no stress and focus All work great for me. I take a lot of medications from insulin to seizure meds. I’ve never had any issues with them effecting these or my others.

Good but not a gummy
So far, so good! The Olly gummies (of all kinds including multivitamins and sleep aid) are delicious. These are capsules so the delightful gummy experience is lacking.

Working well for me
I am on my second bottle of these and my husband says they have made me much calmer.I have noticed I sleep better and that is good for me. The price is nice.

Such a great product
This pill is such a good way to start your day. It’s easy to swallow and makes such a difference in how well you can manage your stress levels. It’s always the same price on here and cheaper in store. I think it works really well and exactly as described.

Calming
These are a subtle and effective vitamin that has a calming effect for hours. They don't have a the smell and taste are mild and the vitamins are functional. I didn't notice any appetite suppression.

Not recommended
I’ve taken other ashawanga products and actually felt relief af te r a few days but I’ve been taking this for 3 weeks and have had no effect.
