These are awesome and work great with my Look pedals
These are awesome and work great with my Look pedals. they are a little tight, but that is great since once I snap them in, they don't move.I now can use my road bike with my son and daughters to ride in the neighborhood and not have to put on my riding shoes...great product and easier than unscrewing and screwing in regular pedals each time. I highly recommend them!!!!

the pedal surface provides good grip against rubber-soled shoes
The pedal adapters fit my Look Keo Classic 2 pedals as expected. After a short test ride, the pedal surface provides good grip against rubber-soled shoes, but the pad is behind the axle, which appears to be intentionally designed to balance the weight from the clip-in portion of my Look pedals, is located further back than the balls of my feet want to apply pressure. Instead, I end up placing pressure backside of the pedal itself, which seems fine while dry and wearing rubber-soled shoes, but could prove to be slick if slightly weight or when wearing a non-rubber-soled shoe. That being said, they adapters are securely connected to the pedals and function as advertised while riding without clip-in shoes. I will definitely grab my rode bike more often now for short trips to the store or to get coffee since I won't need two sets of shoes while running errands.

Love these adapters - they allow me to keep my Look pedals on all the time, and are much lighter than my previous solution of Shimano SPD w/ the flats on the other side. They clip in an out easily and feel pretty good even with a soft-soled shoe.

Don't Waste Your Money
I was so excited when I discovered these because I had been searching for this type of product for a few years and found it hard to believe nothing like it existed. And now that I own these bike dabs, I find it hard to believe this is the best solution for temporarily converting a clipless pedal into a platform pedal. What I've discovered with these bike dabs is that they're really not a temporary conversion type of product. They install quite easily and are weighted properly so that they always leave the pedal platform-side up (there's the upside). The problem with these, however, is that they are incredibly difficult to remove. I spent 20 minutes today trying to pry them out of my Look Keo pedals. On the second pedal I had to completely decrease the spring tension just to try to make it a bit easier. Unfortunately, there's just no easy way to grip the pedal dabs to get the torque necessary to release them from the clipless pedals. Easy to get in. A nightmare to get out.For the amount of time and frustration that went into removing these adapters, I could have easily removed the clipless pedals entirely, installed platform pedals, and reversed the whole process once finished with the ride.I am open to the possibility that there is some magical trick I'm missing which would make this all easier. But if that magic trick is out there, the product manufacturers certainly aren't supplying it. It's possibly that I'll use these one or two more times because I'm stubborn, but eventually they'll get tossed away and chalked up as a waste of money.Bottom line: don't be a sucker like me. If you really want to use platform pedals, just switch them out.

Cool product, but doesn't fit my pedals!
Awesome idea for a product, but unfortunately it doesn't actually fit my Wellgo W40 Pedals Look "ARC" Compatible pedals! I guess I'll be returning them...

Excellent for their intended purpose
The inserts work quite well on my Look Keo Pedals. They're fairly easy to take out and put back in as necessary.I would advise against riding for many miles with them. They're great for sub 20 mile rides, but any mileage over this hurts my legs. Yes, I'm a really really large guy at over 300 lbs, but no matter what shoes I wear, these inserts will not provide enough support for longer rides.I am considering moving to regular flat pedals and doing away with bike shoes and inserts, but in the meantime these inserts have allowed me to do short rides without needing to wear my cycling shoes and that's exactly what they were meant to do.

Perfect Tight Fit.
These work perfect and fit tight on the pedals. Make riding the bike casually a lot easier. Good construction overall.

Great for short casual rides
Great for short trips - to the shops etc but not for longer rides especially if you are used to clip less pedals. I used them on a 7 mile ride to the gymn and felt a bit insecure because I thought my training shoes were about to slip off the pedals. However, as I said they are very useful for short trips.
