This is lovely , have the pink salt crystals in it , you unscrew the top ,pop in your salt n the screw haas an S on tighten .You can adjust the size of the salt crystals to wot your cooking etc , which is really handy .So easy to handle , easy to hold n to wipe down .They aren’t cheap ,but I got on here in the sales .Work very well .

I bought both the salt and pepper mill by Peugeot as I had been advised that the grinding mechanisms are second to none, robust and durable as well as being a classic design. I was not at all disappointed with the quality of the product and, on first inspection, they appear to be high quality. However, I was less than pleased with the product packaging. The original packaging of both mills had obviously been carelessly opened prior to dispatch and the cardboard packaging was damaged/torn and less than pristine. Had I not needed the mills immediately, I would have returned them. I emptied them of the salt and peppercorns they contained as I felt that the contents of the mills (which is of course foodstuff) could have been tampered with or contaminated in some way. This was very disappointing and clearly the boxes had not been vetted before packing by Amazon.

The salt grinder doesn’t work.

Great product. After years of buying cheaper alternatives and throwing them away after a few weeks, months or couple of years I decided to take the plunge – did my research, bought these. When you look at the sheer engineering of the grinding mechanisms, you can see that they built for purpose and to last. The adjustable fine to coarse settings are brilliant to use both on the table and when cooking.

Been saving for these for some while they work so well and look very stylish - a purchase for lifeVery pleased that they live up to the ‘hype’

I am pleasantly surprised. Though I regard the price as expensive I suspect it will be easier to clean than the Peugeot wooden one it is to replace, which has stopped working after 2 years or so. Perhaps it only needs a clean. I use the Peugeot mills because I have had so much difficulty with other salt and pepper mills in the past nevertheless I don't feel I can give it 5 stars because of high price and lightweight feel and somewhat unhappy experience with the other wooden Peugeot Paris u'select Salt Mill

Absolutely superb pepper mill - traditional looks with a modern finish and the very best money can buy.

A lovely tactile piece so glad I brought it as I have had so many rubbish grinders. All of the settings work so well and it looks so nice. It is a quality piece - very happy with purchase
