Hydrobest 300W 800W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum for Hydroponic Indoor Plants Growing Veg and Flower grow tent kit and package (800w-red)

I purchased this to cover small 3x3 area not well covered. Used for 3 weeks & returned. My 400 watt cob puts this to shame. Plants stretched to center nofill in buds and outer branches grew toward center. No canopy penetration either.

After 15 days of use, one stopped working. No idea how/what chip to order. Hopefully customer service will either send me a chip for the light, or at least send me a new light so I can send this one back...other than this happening, the light was great! It did get a little warm, but nothing above 90F. When I put my fan on, the air temp. cols right down to around 75F or so, and the light doesn't get "hot". It just seems like it's a comfortable temp. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a new one! No questions asked and Fed ex says it'll be here tomorrow! Awesome customer service!!!!
