Outstanding oil painting medium.
As a professional sculptor I have been using Liquin for 30 years: it is wonderful stuff for a myriad of purposes and I have found nothing else quite like it. As a glazing medium, a retouching medium and as a lacquer on a variety of finishes it is superb. Its relative high cost is totally justified.

Good drying medium
and only semi-glossy, if glossiness offends you. Good 1:1 with turps for glazing the suggestion of air particles or bright highlights. i prefer standoil and turps 1:1, however
