This is not cordless but a nice travel soldering iron
Got this as a gift for my husband who uses a soldering iron a lot for his modeling and electronics. I thought for sure this was a portable, cordless iron. ITS NOT. I'm so used to seeing a USB cord and block that I can't imagine that not being cordless with a full charge. Makes way more sense though, that you need constant power to meet the demands of the iron.He said it heats up nicely and its strong point is the fact that it is so portable. It comes in a nice carrying case with everything you need. Way better than lugging his tabletop one when he's going on house calls. The little stand is a bit too lightweight though, very tippy. The three tips are nice and the heat stays consistent. In the instructions the pictures are a little confusing and very small to read, even under magnification.

Absolutely does not work with most USB-C chargers
It feels great. The interface is great. It seems like it's a much better alternative to other USB/portable irons, but it just absolutely doesn't work with most USB-C Power Delivery chargers I have. With most, it will trip the over-current protection the second the heater comes on. I have one power bank that can deliver full power, but even my 100W Anker Prime charger won't work. Changing settings hardly helps. By the time I get a voltage and power setting that won't make it cut off, it's just not powerful enough to be useful. It does, in fact, work with the included power supply, but is only 20ish watts with it. Not great. The included tip was also trash and died... pretty much immediately.Maybe a firmware update could fix these problems. But as it stands, the product is well designed on the outside, but nearly useless.

Great iron, needs better quality tips.
The tips are not very good. None of them hold solder on the very tip, which is where I need it ti be for iatrical precision soldering work I do. The Iron itself is great. Now to find better tips.

Wolf in sheep's clothing. Nice little portable soldering iron.
As the title reads this little unassuming soldering iron looks like a light weight, but so far it is a monster. The compact size makes it easy to transport and the case contains almost everything you would need to make small, delicate repairs. At first I wasn't sure how I would like it as I am used to my station with a larger iron, not huge, but not this small either. I got it out of the box and as soon as I plugged it in, THIS IS NOT A CORDLESS SOLDERING IRON, it came to life. The display shows the firmware version then it goes to the information screen. It doesn't immediately get hot, but you can program it to warm when plugged in, I will not set mine to do that with my luck I would burn my house down because I would go off in search of some forgotten item and come back to a mess. So for me it is best left to turn it on when I am ready for it.The three tips are small and easy to install and remove. If the tip isn't inserted completely a code will show on the screen prompting you to check the tip. Once the tip is installed correctly the error immediately clears. The temperature can be increased by 50 degrees by default. There are so many options on this unit that it can be customized to your liking.I recently had to replace a couple surface mount LED chips in the rear-view mirror of my car. The tip I have on my station iron was just a little too big, but I was able to get it done. If I would have had the S60 the job would have been much more simplistic with these precision tips. The iron works on 12 volts and the screen keeps track of what voltage the iron is receiving. It has its own block and usb-C cable. It has a small sponge and tip rack. Instructions are a little unclear but not so much that you can't figure out how to make the iron your own.I do a lot of field repairs on small electronics, and this will make those jobs easier as I won't have to carry my big, cumbersome iron with me.At full temperature for about 10 minutes the iron did not get too hot to hold, it didn't really get hot in the hand at all.The iron is very light and comfortable in the hand, like a large pencil actually. It is easy to maneuver in to the tight spots where most large tip irons are more cumbersome. As I said before this isn't for big jobs but it is going to be useful for lots of small ones.I hope it performs in the long term as well as the packaging and the craftsmanship appears.
