Too much vibration?

Brought this during sale fan speed is decent but it's vibrating alot, vibrates my entire table whenever I am using it. Size is portable, it's value for money product but I think i recieved the defective product.

I use the fan rarely. It is very compact, light weight yet effective. All of the three speeds are useful depending on the situation and ambient temperature. Very low noise even at the highest speed.
