I have been taking 2nd chance for over a month now, and I am surprisingly very happy with the results. I have been in pain since my last marathon in November, with very little improvement. Since I started taking 2nd chance, I am back at running with no pain in my hips or knees. It might also be a combination of the pill and stretching, but since I have started, I am more flexible & NO pain! Honestly I am not going to stop taking it anytime soon! also I was reading the comments above regarding the size, it's not hard to swallow at all, first it's a veggie caps, and not a hard pill, I have some Vitamins that are awful to take, not that one.

I really like these for all day pain relief, I like these better than Instaflex, you get more tablets for your money, I will be ordering again.

Product works pretty well after about a week or so. Has reduced inflammation and pain and resulting in better workouts at the gym. Pill size is pretty standard for any vitamins or supplements.

IT WORKS!!!! I have tried at least 8 different brands of relief for mom, but none have come close to the effectiveness of this one!Within a week, mom noticed a significant reduction in pain. Product is great, probably 3rd or 4th purchase. helps joints thats for sure. Just don't like that they use USPS for shipping, which delays delivery a day. we pay the same prime fee as evryone else and not happy.

I gave this two months of steady use and noticed NO difference in my knees. If anything, my "good" knee actually got a bit worse while I was using it. I don't attribute that to the product, but it certainly means the product didn't HELP any. Seems like a waste of money to me.

I liked Instaflex as it always helped with my knee pain but always wished it would come in a veggie capsule. 2nd Chance comes in a veggie capsule and works just as well. Happy Amazon recommended it to me the last time I was searching to refill my Instaflex.
