I am 68 years old and certainly am not going to crank out 100 shots per practice session... but I absolutely can crank out 30 - 50 shots per session... one to three times per day depending on the weather and/or how I feel that day. A very solid product, made with a soft and quiet textured heavy rubber, built-in water drainage, and a cell phone holder for my simulator program... as mine stays outside at my practice station. Awesome product. Holds a ton of golf balls. Front lip is perfect to hold the balls in, but easy to grab them with your club when practicing. Highly recommend!
