Refreshing, Eco-Friendly, and PCOS-Friendly—A Spearmint Tea That Actually Helps!
I started drinking HANDPICK Spearmint Tea to help manage my PCOS symptoms, especially unwanted facial hair—and it’s made a noticeable difference. I drink 1–2 cups a day, and over the past few weeks, I’ve seen a reduction in hair growth and feel more balanced overall.Aside from the benefits, the tea itself is delicious—light, naturally sweet, and super refreshing. I love that it’s caffeine-free, so I can enjoy a cup in the evening to wind down. The eco-friendly, round tea bags and resealable packaging are a bonus, and the included bamboo tong is such a thoughtful touch.I also appreciate that it’s 100% pure spearmint, non-GMO, and gluten-free—perfect for someone who’s health-conscious. You get 100 bags, so it’s great value, especially if you’re drinking it regularly like I am.Pros:• Has helped reduce facial hair (PCOS-friendly!)• Light, refreshing spearmint flavor• Caffeine-free and soothing• Eco-conscious packaging + bamboo tong• Great value for 100 bagsCons:• Might be too mild if you prefer a strong mint flavorIf you’re dealing with hormonal imbalance or PCOS, I highly recommend trying this tea. It’s been a gentle, natural support—and a cozy part of my daily self-care routine.

Makes Great Tasting Tea...Either Hot or Cold
Loved these tea bags. Quality and taste is great. Love the larger size, which is a great value for the price. Great tasting tea either hot or cold.

Great value for awesome tea
Good value, great taste! My husband loves blueberry tea and I just can’t find them in the stores anymore so I’ve gone here! He loves these! I use 3 teabags in the 10 cup coffee maker and let it steep for a while, then it goes in the fridge. I have to make more every other day!! The strength of the tea depends on your liking, it is a very pretty color too.

Very Tasty and Good Value
It may be a plain tea bag but the tea is excellent. I really am enjoying this tea first thing in the morning. The value is 100%. I also like the foil package it comes in to seal and keep the tea fresh.

Good tea, poor presentation and packaging
I got this tea as a good deal. It helps with my skin and cutting cravings for sweet foods and beverages. It's very refreshing cold, and relaxing when it's hot. I do wish the spearmint taste was more potent; I really enjoy the taste of mint. The product lost a star because of the condition of the product box and how much dirt was on the box and on the bag of tea itself. Luckily, the bag that contained the tea was sealed, but it's very disappointing to see so much dirty and damage on an edible product.

Where's the ginger?
Great and thoughtful packaging- vacuum sealed resealable pouch, little tongs to collect tea bags from within. However, after 6 minutes of steeping TWO tea bags, there's still only a subtle hint of ginger. Ginger is such a potent root that this, like so many other brands, was disappointing. It's similar to other ginger teas on the market, though at least it is pure ginger not black pepper and a ton of other spices. For that, 4 stars, but it's weak! I'm back to boiling fresh ginger root for tea. Too bad.
