Effective replacement
As others have said, this works perfectly for a FV-11VQ3, with a little wire splicing. Make sure you have a few washers on hand to raise the fan, so that it doesn't scrape the base. I think this one turned out to be quieter and better than the original motor. My advice: take pictures as you deconstruct the fan, so that your reassembly is quick and free of guesswork!

Excellent replacement fan motor.
Very easy to replace old motor with new.As mentioned you have to use old electrical wiring harness, but it’s not complicated.Speedy delivery.

It worked!
I replaced the motor on a model FV-08VQ3. It fit perfectly. I had to cut the motor's plastic connector and splice to the existing wires, black-to-black and white-to-white. I took pictures at the start and used them to put everything back together.

Plug is not compatible with Panasonic FV-08VQ3
Change the plug with the old one, and it works.

Had to change power connection .
Had to go from the 2 wire plug to the 3 wire from the old motor. After rewiring, works fine,
