Incredibly effective!My hangovers have gotten terrible in the past 2 years and I can’t cope with it anymore. I tried electrolytes before, during, and after drinking. I’ve tried vitamin cocktails, eating at various times when drinking, and pretty much anything else you can think of. None of it compares to this probiotic.I just finished a box of 12 of these and tried it out on beer, wine, liquor nights & a combo of all 3. The result has been the same every time - I wake up with a slight headache, take a Tylenol, then I’m perfectly fine. No sluggishness, upset stomach, body aches, brain fog, hangover anxiety, nothing! I even used this on a vacation with friends that involved drinking for 3 days straight and every day I was feeling fine. It is a true life saver! I bought a six pack for my trip to Vegas and let me say this stuff works. I've taken one everyday for four days and I haven't woken up exactly 100% free of a hangover, but not nearly as bad as I would have in the past. Normally, it would take me a while day to recover. It has also helped with my morning after gastrointestinal discomfort. No more of that problem. It's expensive at $10 a bottle, but well worth every penny.

Super helpful! If I know I am having more than 1-3 drinks I will have one before. I still sleep like crap, but I do anyways if I drink. It knocks out morning nausea completely for me, and any headache mostly too. It’s interesting that some people say it makes them feel more inebriated, it’s opposite for me, it seems to make alcohol hit a little less hard, which I also don’t mind. Taste is fine, price is ok considering a drink out is like $10-$15 most places these days. I recommend it.

Great product! I'm pretty a pretty skeptical person and don't usually trust snake oil products. A friend of mine gave me one to try, and we knocked down 4-5 drinks over a course of the night. I would generally wake up with a slight hang over and an unhappy gut. I have IBS, and my stomach is sensitive. I typically don't drink often because of this. I've used Zbiotics 9 times now with varying degrees of drinking, and each time I wake up just a little more tired than a usual night without drinking. A light headache with heavier drinking, but none with casual and responsible drinking.One side effect does seem to be a bit more gas than usual. Seems temporary, but after the morning trip to the bathroom, it is gone.For the cost of a drink at the bar, it pays itself off, and I am now a loyal customer! Per the website- they claim a 95% satisfaction rate, and that seems to track with the reviews on Amazon. Worth a try!

Not much to say other than these things work. For me anyway. I definitely feel less crappy the next day. Sometimes I feel like it kinda keeps me from getting to drunk but it’s a blessing in disguise I guess! I have always had stomach issues, especially after drinking, these seem to prevent any of those irritability or inflammation issues. Awesome product, I guess that’s why they’re pretty pricey.

Pretty surprised that this stuff actually works. Took it before drinking a few drinks (which would normally leave me feeling cruddy the next day) and the next morning, I felt like i hadn't even been drinking. I then tried it again and ended up drinking quite a bit. I was still tired the next day, woke up with a headache but was able to be productive. I do think it helped still as I normally would have been knocked out and unable to function. Is it a cure for your bad drinking decisions? No, but it sure does make it less regrettable the next day. Thankfully, I don't drink too often, because it is a bit pricey, so it's worth it to me.

These work great! You'll def feel way better in the morn after a night of drinking esp after rehydrating a bit & taking some vitamins. Of course u won't feel 100% of u drink too much but it's a great improvement. I realized it's important to followthe directions, drink the vile b4 u start drinking & wait 30 min b4 alcohol. A couple times I drank it after I had already had 1 drink & didn't wait the half hour like it says & it still helped however i felt really bloated for the next few drinks after taking the vile & the drinks were going down slow & making me feel blah. Plus I was bloated for the next few days.but last time I drank it b4 any alcohol and waited 30 min & It worked even better. No bloating. Maybe my body is getting used to it or it's bc i followed directions. I've only been using about 1 vile a week, usually Friday night& that 1 vile helps all weekend, if i happen have drinks in the next few days.The best part of this imo is that it seems to help the body metabolize the alcohol out of out of your system faster, including the etg metabolites. It also keeps u more "level " meaning u can get a good buzz&have fun without getting too drunk too fast. Wish they weren't so expensive but if u think about how much $ u spend on alcohol esp if u r going out it's not really that expensive.
