What size is this? I dont understand what 13c M is

Size 13 Children - M for Medium width, I suspect.

The size chart does not give an equivalence of "13 big kid", please tell us in a unit of measure we are familiar with.

Looks good but my kids too young to figure it out, ages 10, 8,6 they just wear them like shoes with wheels out

My son is 8 and wears a size 3 1/2. what size should i get?

i would get a full size larger since kids grow so fast. I did when I ordered these for my grandson. Worked out well.
