Love this stuff. Helps the meat sear well, keeps the juices in, and tastes good, too. I use it all the time with my BBQ.

Makes you a better cook
Keeps the meat moist and I like the charred crust on the outside. I use the BBQ on pork and chicken. Hickory on Beef and halibut. And the garlic peppercorn on fish and chicken. Char crust will make you look like a professional BBQer.

Put an irresistible clear crust on your burgers
My son-in-law, who is a superb cook, went back to the kitchen and cooked burgers in the oven. When he served them, I kept looking out to see if the grill on the porch had been uncovered. I couldn't understand how he had that authentic Texas smoky taste in the oven. I wondered how he flavored the burgers to get that taste of tomatoes, mustard, pepper, and vineagar just right. There was a hint of molasses too. The burgers were big, beautiful, and juicy.He pulled out the Char Crust box. I was amazed that something this delicious could have come from a box.
