It's original plug es EU, but adapter is provided and sent with the device.

Hello. I find in user manual:type of laser radiation on different models red and infrared from 620 no to 880nm .Total power of laser radiation 10mW. Magnetic field from5 to50 mTI

Q: How many red lights show when instrument is switched on

There are two lights, of which only one will be visible when in operation. The other light is using invisible spectrum hence not visible to eye. Some people find it confusing and render device as faulty, but I can assure you - this is not the case. :)

Q: Do you use the three perspex attachments when applying treatment or are they just for acupuncture?

Attachments (aka: nozzles) are you for treatment as well. They will focus the laser rays to the required density. Without nozzles rays are too dispersed.
