Wholefood Chocolate Protein Shake (500g) Ideal for Weight Management & Post Exercise Recovery - 100% Natural Meal Replacement.

I started with the sample box, and then bought this. I add a little maple syrup and green and blacks cocoa powder to it. I use a blender and find it dissolves well, though it needs to be drunk within a few mins or it thickens quickly. There's always a residue, from the nuts I guess, but so long as you drink fairly quickly it stays pretty well mixed. Its not cheap so I don't want any left in the glass....I find it pretty filling, and easy to make. I add the milk first then the powder to avoid any getting stuck in the bottom and not mixed. As well as the chocolate I liked the other flavours, can't say they're actually tasty ;-) but they are easily drinkable, and with the addition of a little maple syrup they'd much easier on the palate!I like the idea that its not all artificial fillers, and things ultimately not good for the body, but pure and natural ingredients. I've been having porridge and fruit for breakfast, replacing lunch with this and having a small tea, maybe some meat or fish with plain veg, sometimes just another shake. I've only been doing this for a week, not sure about weight ( having one leg makes it difficult to get accurate reading...) but certainly I feel better, and can see my middle is less bloated - clothes tell me that too!

Ok, I needed to try it at least 3 times before being able to write a proper review.It is tasty, no doubt about it, but it is important to follow the instructions and use enough product when you are preparing the shake. The quality of ingredients is good indeed, you can taste them which is the best thing ever in a world where we eat chemicals all the time. The only thing that makes me a bit sad is that £22 for 500g looks a bit expensive... maybe, just a bit more of the product (600-700g?) would help. This is the only reason why I can't buy the product continuously.

Okay, I really like this. I need to have my nutrition in liquid form at the moment, due to a severe flare up of Myasthenia Gravis. This works great. The flavour is fine (but I'm well off the sugary, very sweet stuff these days, so that may have some bearing). I use this in a variety of ways: on its own just with coconut milk, and in varying measures in different types of smoothies. I appreciate the all-natural aspect, and will probably try the vegan kind next. I would recommend this for anyone needing to supplement their clean and whole foods eating.

To be honest slim fast is much better in taste and texture.Plus they use sweetner as well SteviaIt is very thick... I blended it so much and even then it didn't have a smooth texture and I felt sick after having my first drinkNot good at all !

It’s not the best tasting shake I’ve had but it does feel healthier as it’s nuttyMix with a banana and some milk and it’s actually ok. Keeps me full all day and I eat loads so far so good

Was a little dubious about ordering the large size as so many of this type of product do not live up to the hype, so I ordered the taster pack to start with. After trying two of the shakes from the taster pack I ordered the large size as I was so impressed with the taste, it is not artificially sweet like so many of this type of shake can be and is filled full of natural whole foods. (no nasties) I use a blender and skimmed milk with a banana thrown in and it keeps me full till lunch.

I’ve used Purition on and off for a couple of years and it is so tasty! You can tell it’s got nothing but healthy ingredients as I always get a nutty aftertaste with the chocolate one. I’m currently waiting to give birth and I’m definitely going back to having a shake every morning for breakfast 👍🏼EDIT: I’m disappointed the price has increased!! Why? Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing anymore now and will find a cheaper alternative.

It doesn't taste very well, it definitely doesn't taste like chocolate as much as I expected. You have to use the blender inorder to it to get thick and better taste, but I used to bring it on the go, the day's I was out and mixed it with the shaker and it was disgusting.
