Product Poor Quality and Customer Support Improvement
I charged the device for over three hours but only operated for about 15 minutes before the battery status indicator turned red. Despite leaving it plugged in all evening, it continues to display a red light and will not power on. I'm uncertain whether this issue stems from a defect in the product quality or if another customer previously returned it due to similar problems.While I appreciate the convenience of shopping with Amazon, I have encountered significant challenges with the refund process for defective products. While the platform seems quick to process payments, the response time for refunds could be much improved. As a long-time customer, this has been my first experience with such delays, and I believe that streamlining this process could enhance customer satisfaction. I hope to see improvements in this area to better serve consumers in the future.

Missing items
Plug and adhesive hook are missing. Also the machine seems sticky and smells

Used once and it broke. Cheap quality. Would not buy again or recommend

DID NOT WORK !!
I received the item today. Package was not great but it's okay because it's cheap, I didn't have huge expectations. I assembled all the pieces, turned it on (it was already charged), and it was not spinning. I checked online, and it was not normal. The item arrived faulty.

Useless - doesn’t work
The item received was defective with a torn box. You end up getting a warning from Amazon for returning open boxes when it’s not even your fault.
