Great buy
Compact and useful, light and incredible value for money. Has simple use, feels solid and can definitely be used for a wide variety of cameras

Very capable
Seems to cope fine with ZV-E1 or FX30 with sensible lenses on up to 105mm.There are some useful videos on youtube will help set it up to behave more smoothly more than you get from default settings.Though must admit like my previous gimbal it rarely gets used after initial enthusiasm.it is most useful on FX30 which doesn't have dynamic stabilisation of ZV-E1

Good motor strength, easy calibration and balancing process, feels well built
Im using nikon z50 with standard kit lens and this gimbal works perfectly with it. Very stable, good motor strength, easy calibration process and easy to balance. The only thing i don't like about the gimbal is the mount that you attach at the bottom of the camera. Nikon z50 has a display that flips and in order for you to put the mount, the little bit of plastic that keeps the mount straight goes under the screen of camera so you cant close the screen properly. It is a bit ajar. though you can buy a cheap camera mount compatible with the gimbal and this resolves the issue Otherwise very happy with the purchase. Its not light as you might think (because its mini) but definitely not heavy. I found the product a bit expensive but You get what you pay for as I bought another gimbal over this initially as it was half the price of dji gimbal but I returned it as not serving its purpose and it feels very flimsy. So I bought the dji rs3 mini and returned the other one. Im now very happy with my set-up.

Great little gimbal to get started on the journey
I'm new to all this so didn't want to dive too deep. This came up on offer and I'm very pleased with it. A few funny looks from the neighbours as I ran around the front garden testing it.The DJI phone app isn't on the Google Play store so you have to install it separately (the registration process tells you what you need to do) but it doesn't "feel" right. The app works well and I haven't had my bank accounts emptied so all seems ok.I found the initial calibration a mite confusing but the old YouTube came to my rescue when the DJI Manual left me confused.I have a Panasonic Lumix so it doesn't offer bluetooth support for controlling my camera but I has able to plug in via USB. Downside of that is I can no longer use the camera USB port for e.g. USB NVMI drive but what would modern life be like without compatibility issues.. That said, for the way I'm currently using the gimbal I don't bother with any of this. The only problem I had was that initially the RS3 Mini would not charge past 20%. I cannot really explain why but I only found one of my thousand USB adapters would charge it (despite saying they were charging) which really doesn't make any sense so I'm a little uneasy about that.

A month after buying it won't work
I bought this for my videography business. I take a lot of dance videos and I know how to use and balance a gimbal properly. A month and a day after buying this (just after return window closed) the horizontal motor starts acting up, randomly flipping the camera. First time it was just weird, I reset and it seemed fine. But then it did it again out of nowhere, no explanation, was just holding straight. Scratched my ND filter (lucky it didn't screw up my lens). I messaged DJI and they said they will investigate. Haven't heard anything since. This is the problem with companies that operate without accountability. People need to make it so these companies can't operate if they keep selling faulty gear. I looked this problem up and there are hundreds of posts about it and about DJI fobbing people off and ignoring their issues.

Perfect Gimbal for beginners
This is one of the best Gimbal i have ever used, i normally use it with my nikon and my samsung smartphone, it works best on both of them even though you cannot connect older cameras, so please check dji website for compatible cameras. I use Nikon D5300 which i cannot connect with the gimbal but i can still use it to get smooth footage.

Can't handle heavy lenses.
Unfortunately it can't handle the weight of an a7iii + 24-70GM 2.8, even with precise balancing - the motors vibrate in certain scenarios. The stabilisation is also not great when compared to similarly priced gimbals. The touch screen is also a bit temperamental.
