I thought my old HP was great, and it was till the OJ spill, I wanted one like it and this one was closet, But man let me tell you if my old one was a Cadillac, then this one is a Ferrari! it's ten times faster with a lot more cool stuff, I'm very happy with it!

This is definitely one of the best purchases I've made. The speed, the versatility, the size...everything is just perfect for me. Especially the touchscreen feature. Sometimes you don't want to move things with the mouse pad and the touch screen just comes in handy. Love it

DO NOT BUY FROM PRIME DEAL
I spent $515 on this laptop. I used it for one week before it wouldn’t power on properly anymore. I decided to return it, but it had personal information loaded onto it at that point so I needed it to power on to reset it. I had to contact hp support to get it repaired which first took hours on the phone and finally weeks to get it repaired. When I finally got it repaired and wiped the hard drive, I managed to return it within the return window to find out that they took $72 of the amount I paid for a restocking fee. So not only did the computer not work and I had to spend the time to repair it, but I also did not get my full refund. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY AMAZON PURCHASE EVER!!!

I use to love my laptop
I use to love my laptop but it freezes up to much. Sometimes it does it if I move it or adjust the screen. I don't think I would recommend it.
