This is NOT the afternoon tea. I find this tea is great in the morning to get you up and moving whereas the afternoon tea has a soothing and calming effect after a busy day. Both teas are excellent.

Are these tea bags individually wrapped or loose in the box? Thanks

I was looking for the bigger box with the wrappers, but it came in a smaller box without the wrappers. Will keep the tea bags anyway.

What is the difference between English breakfast and English Tea #1?

I prefer English Tea #1 to their English Breakfast. I’d say ET#1 is smoother than EB with just a touch of bergamot, barely noticeable, certainly not as much as an Earl Grey. To me EB is stronger flavored and even a touch bitter, which I don’t prefer.

How much caffine does it have per serving (per teabag)?

Do not know. Depends on the type of tea. The highest caffines seem to be Ceylon Black, Earl Grey, Less Caffine would be the Darjeeling, English Breakfast, and Green Teas such as Jasmine and Oolong
