What are the internal dimensions of the pot?

I make it 11.4 cm diameter & 11.3 cm height but keep in mind that the lid edge sits within the pot. Hope this helps.

I don't have a dishwasher, but can't see why not. Stainless steel pans are usually fine.

Would this pot fit a regular can of food in (e.g. Baked Beans?)

Yes. A full can would make the stove and pot combination a bit top heavy though, so make sure it's level otherwise it might topple over or slide off.

Does this work on the solo stove camp fire or is it too small?

This pot fits the smallest size solo stove, not the campfire.
