Great gift
Very nice knife, had it engraved at a local jeweler and gave as a gift. Very pleased with the purchase.

Great action and heat treat
This knife surprised me with its overall quality for the price. Let's start with the positive:First off, the presentation is great. Opening the box, you have a well-designed foam surface with cutouts for the knife, knife taco, and a rock that really wants to be a whetstone. The action is also amazing out of the box and only gets better as it breaks in. The blade opens perfectly with the thumb studs and well with the flipper tab. You can still fail the flipper, but it'll open fine if you put any amount of intent into it. There's no play in any direction and the blade drops shut like a guillotine. The heat treat also seems to be good in my limited use. The factory edge was fairly good and could shave out of the box, but I put my own edge on it almost immediately. It sharpened well and came out to a hair-whittling edge, which is pretty solid for D2. It's held up well, but u haven't subjected it to hard use yet.Now on to what I think could be improved:That little rock in the box is only good for weighing down your trash can. It's a super coarse block of what I assume is silicon carbide with a soft binder. I wasn't able to produce an acceptable (shaving) edge with it. It also dished out very fast. I may have got a lemon, but I would advise you toss the provided stone and look at a DMT fine diamond whetstone. They can be had for $40 and will last for years. Also, I would have liked to see a better steel. D2 is a solid budget option, but steels like S35VN, 154CM, M4, 4V, Cru-Wear, etc. are all better options. This is just me being nitpicky, though. D2 is a perfectly fine steel for your average person and the low cost helps this knife offer its great value.

Great buy for the price
Came with the knife, sharpening stone, case and thank you card. The packaging was 10/10. This knife feels amazing in the hand and has become my EDC. It's almost a shame how nice this knife looks to use ir daily. It comes razor sharp out of the box. BUY AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE WHO LIKES KNIFES.

Great knife but a bit big
To start, I do like this knife. It has a good weight and action. It appears to be a solid knife. The only issue I have is that the blade opens in the opposite direction that the belt hook is oriented. So with the knife in your pocket there is a chance that the blade can open while you are pulling the knife out of your pocket. This has only happened once to me, but it's a bit disconcerting. Also, the knife is a bit larger than is practical.

Decent price
Decent knife for the price. The handles are a little different and the blade started to rust on me after carrying it in my pocket over the summer but then the steel quality isn't that of a higher-priced knife. Good beginner-level knife and one that is for hard use and not a collector's item.

Great knife
Fits great in my hand, very sturdy, it’s a knife that I have no worries it will operate efficiently and last long. I would highly recommend this knife.

Almost a year in
I previously wrote a review after a few weeks of owning this knife. For some reason it's gone. I'm almost a year In now and I've beat the crap out of this thing. I have a mobile welding business and I've peeled slag with it, priced with it, cut wire ties, boxes, and myself a few times. I even used it to pick a big metal splinter out of my hand. I've sharpened it a few times now ( I used sharpener is great btw) and carried it daily. Great knife. I knew it was gonna be a good one simply because of the company, but it has continued to impress me. I 100% will buy another if this ever breaks or I loose it.
