Very happy with this product that we bought from Amazon 6 months ago. Installation was relatively easy but I can actually do plumbing so you need a minimum of DIY knowledge. The water taste way better than Thames Water tap water. The taste is quite close to Acqua Panna (very basic PH). I bought Frizzlife because the filter had a remineralisation filter that the competition did not have and I read that only drinking reverse osmosis water is not good. I would definitely recommend this product. Only drawback is the flow, which is quite slow. Filling a kettle takes around 30 seconds.

It does the job.Needs mini tank as well for optimal work. It's cheap, but dosent come with any hose (dont throw in bin in case you want it, otherwise gettings right size tubing it maybe challenging) . It does fill kettle in seconds. Highly recommended mini tank with this set.Cons:They should add in box coupler 15mm to 1/2 inch. (2x)You may need to visit screwfix to get right connector. BQ or Wickes dosent have correct things in case you gonna need something. Screwfix does have.

This thing is amazing.. You can buy a cheap TDS meter to see the difference if you can't taste it already!My dad uses a machine which uses water to help him sleep with sleep apnoea. Once a fortnight he comes to my house to fill a gallon jug to put into his machine, he swears that the tap water in his machine makes him ill in the morning.Also, I do some home brewing and the chemicals in the water kills the yeast after a few days, so you have to use filtered or mineral water. Not me! I just pour mine straight from the tap thanks to this machine.I've had an issue with the machine also and the company fixed my problem with no drama even after I've owned it for 3 years.Get one now!Edit: 2 years on, I had an issue with the unit and contacted Frizzlife. They immediately told me what to do and sent me a replacement part, free of charge, and got me up and running again! Drinking the tap water whilst it was broken was horrible and tasted disgusting! Thanks Frizzlife!
