It's pretty difficult to describe how spicy a sauce really is since most brands very misleadingly just tell you the Scoville heat units of the peppers, not the sauce itself, and then you have absolute lunatics who say they go through a bottle of Da Bomb in a week using it as an every-day condiment who would call this sauce 'weak'. I will say I've also tried Melinda's ghost pepper sauce, which is one of the other two in this 5/5 heat tier. Their ghost pepper sauce was my previous favorite, and when I tried sharing it with my family (who aren't crazy about heat), they told me they couldn't even find a use for it because it was too spicy for them.This scorpion pepper sauce is a noticeable step up in heat over their ghost pepper flavor, and definitely the hottest commercial sauce I've ever had (other than Da Bomb), although I wouldn't say it's crazy hot. I put this on a lot of different foods, and a relatively small dab of it on each bite is enough for some extra kick and great flavor. I use a bit less of this sauce than others because it's quite a bit hotter, so a single bottle has lasted me a couple months even though it's my go-to.Fantastic flavor and it's probably hotter than anything you'll find at supermarkets, so I couldn't recommend it enough!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I absolutely love Melindas hot sauce. It is one of the best hot sauces out there. It has great flavor without all the extra junk. I use this stuff on just about every and the price is great.

Truly awesome sauce. Funny thing, switching from the three X habanero sauce up to this one, I didn't notice any heat increase. Same great flavor I expect from Melinda's, but was it. Until, that is, I had to go back down for a bit. I noticed a BIG drop in heat.Now my homemade breakfast burritos, which I make most mornings, get this Scorpion pepper sauce.

This hot sauce will make you sweat, but it is very good. Melinda makes great sauces. My favorite is the Red Savina, this is my second favorite, and the Fire Roasted Garlic Habanero is my third favorite from this brand. They are all the bomb, the spice bomb in the mouth that is.

I just wish there was more in store and even some affordable bundles for this size. The taste is good, and I sadly have only found this size on Amazon.

I love how the heat hits gradually. Nice flavor as well.
