How do u put it on and how often

You apply a drop or two to a wet toothbrush & brush your teeth as normal. You can also make up a mouthwash with a few drops, hold in mouth for about 30-60 seconds gargle & spit out. It has helped my problem with painful periodontist when I couldn’t get a dental appointment. Janet

Will this help my gums grow back?

I'm afraid that I don't think anything will do that but I found that my mouth is healthier and the pockets around the teeth have reduced since using this product. It makes your mouth feel fresh and clean and gives me a bit more confidence. Hope this helps.
