Holds up to my two 70lb+ dogs
Sturdy barrier. I have a pitbull and a lab. The lab wants to be with me at all times, but The pitty always wants to be as close to me as possible. I needed something that was sturdier than an elastic barrier that she couldn't poke her legs through. This def does the trick. It's blocks off the back on my Silverado so it's a good size too. The mesh is strong and fairly easy to see through. I'm not sure how they would do it, but it would be nice to have just a slightly clearer view out the back. It's definitely is easy to install and works as described. Been driving with it for about 6 months now and haven't had an issue.

Great Barrier! Adaptable to Most Any Vehicle. Well Worth the Price! 👍👍
I often take my large (75 & 90 lb.) Weimaraners with me in my Chevy Tahoe. I have harnesses and restraints to buckle them into my seatbelts but often, they'll manage to step on the seatbelt release button and gain freedom to rocket around the inside of my truck..a dangerous situation. And there are times that it's a real pain to get each one into his harness and snapped in, just for quick errands. THIS is why I purchased the Travelin K9 Mesh Dog Barrier. I was initially worried that it wouldn't fit my large SUV or that I'd have problems figuring out how to attach it. I was relieved to find that there are MULTIPLE ways that it can be installed in my vehicle! ( Which anyone who is considering buying one will find VERY helpful since vehicles can be so different) I sort of ended up " doing my own thing" with the bungee hooks, which worked very well. This barrier does a very good job of keeping my big, rowdy mutts in the back safely. I have mixed feelings about the top piece that extends the top of the barrier. As others have noted, it DOES make seeing behind me and backing more difficult but it can easily be flipped down , which improves my ability to see what the dogs are up to and the traffic behind me BUT ,once, one of my dogs discovered the " flip down" feature and , while I was stopped and pumping gas, managed somehow to come OVER the barrier and was rooting around in my purse, which alarmed me.. since he has a tendency to chew and destroy my most expensive possessions( like a new, unused Coach wallet and prescription glasses that I'd had for only 2 wks!) For that reason, I'm taking away one star. I can probably buy two inexpensive bungees w/ hooks and make it impossible for this to happen again. This problem most likely wouldn't happen with 97% of the dogs being barricaded with this mesh device but I have learned that this particular dog can be COUNTED ON to do whatever he's not supposed to ( which accounts for my rapidly graying hair!)

**Revised - worth the $$ even if not perfect
**revised from original review. Firstly, both Roxi Dog and the PetNet company had amazing customer service, responding to my request for assistance within the hour. The PetNet people saw that I had a bad unit and quickly sent me out a new one which they had unwrapped and tested prior to shipping. They also replied to my request on how to get the arced area to stay upright by sending the link to the video and starting point for a particular recommendation on that. This net is great if you have a panoramic roof - mine has a fabric rollback cover which is similar to the mesh in the net so I like that it doesn't scratch or rip that. There is an impact to visibility - the mesh is pretty dark and if you like using your rearview mirror as I do you won't like this much. It also impacts parallel parking as that horizontal seam is right by where my eyes go and it's very hard to see through the mesh! Despite that, because of the price, the ease of install/deinstall (seconds) and the fact that it's stopping the dog from going in the front seat I'm giving it 5 stars. I hope not to have to use it forever as a) would be nice if the dog learned and b) I don't like the visibility problem.

Would work for a small dog. No good way to install really and kind of tacky
We decided to buy a suv with rear bucket seats, and little did we know it would be difficult to find an animal divider for the rear that wasn’t outrageous in price. I was a little apprehensive about this product since it is just cloth and a tent pole. There is really no good way to secure it to my vehicle so we bungeed it to the two seats as best as we could and we’re hopeful that it would work, and it sort of does but seeing that one of my dogs is a 75 pound 9 month old German Shepherd basically if he wants past it he just has to push it down. This would definitely work for a little dog, but it’s kind of tacky and cheap.

Amazing product and customer service!!!
Amazing product and customer service!!! We have 2 pitbull mixes and don't like them getting up front when we get out to pump gas or go potty when traveling with our rv full time. My dog once smashed a coke all over my middle console and it was a pain in the butt to clean up. This prevents all of those headaches. Plus dont have to worry about them locking doors/etc/turning off the ac when they are back there while we travel. We keep the ac on for them when we need to go potty in our rv or grab a quick snack. Lets face it not all stops are dog friendly like TA. This is worth the investment and the customer service is fast and high quality. I actually bought this about a year ago and it is still in 1 piece. I did accidentally crush the fiberglass rod somehow along our move to MI from FL and they replaced it. I will definitely buy again and recommend this company!!!! Thank you.

Stitching is poorly done! Makes item useless.
I had this for 50 days and the stitching that holds the moon shaped bar on the top in place has gotten a hole in it. the bar popped right thru the stitching. This means that the top to the product does not stand up...dog has free roam of front seat. Poorly made! I am 20 days out of my return window.

Doesn't work well with big dogs with brains
The barrier was easy to install. It worked well for about a week. I have a 20 lb JRT mix and a 60 lb coonhound mix. If it was just the JRT in the car the barrier would still be up. The hound figured out that it she put a paw on the apex of the barrier and pulled back she could hop right over into the front seat. She finally managed to snap the fiberglass rods last week. The barrier lasted 2 months.
