Product's advertised picture gives the purchaser an inaccurate expectation

I hate to say it because I don't like to complain, but I'm disappointed in this purchase. The Queen looks nothing like she does in the advertisement. Even if I shouldn't have expected the figure to be as stunning as advertised, the train of her gown should at least be flush to the floor. Instead, it's lifted at an angle as if the figure is leaning. The initials on the front is a sticker that looks to be carelessly placed and crooked. It also had a small tear in it. I understand that the description stated "hand painted" but the trim shouldn't look like a 5 year old painted it to prove the point. The reason I gave at least a 3 star rating was because it arrived before Christmas which I was concerned about after I received a "delayed" notification. More importantly, I bought it as a Christmas gift for my 85 year old grandmother who was presented to the Queen when she was young. Though I see all of the snow globe's flaws, she will only see memories. I believe it will bring a smile to her face as she reflects on a moment in time and I look forward to that reaction. So... Thank you and Merry Christmas.🙏🎄
