Worst experience with LG product this far
Not sure if this is a consequence of buying a washing machine through Amazon but after the 1st year, my LG machine stopped washing my clothes clean. I always assumed it was my chemical free washing powder and delayed claiming warranty. After 6 months I realized it was the same case with chemical laundry detergent. My warranty had ended by then and I fixed my machine through Acko. They say parts where changed (but shouldn't an LG last atleast 10 years without issues?) My machine works now properly but VERY DISAPPOINTED IN LG. Never buy an expensive product without extended warranty! Acko were decent in terms of service and professionalism.

Good purchase
Hi, I earlier stated that the LG washing machine had developed a drum issue and started leaking.. However, once they took to the workshop it was realized that the casket which is made of rubber got punctured due to some sharp objects like pins, coins, etc. I am happy with LG response time and customer care. However, I do urge that we need to be very mindful of the way they handle the washing machine if they are supposed to carry it to the workshop. The

TOTAL MACHINE BODY HEATED
It has been 15 days since I bought this model. If we select the program and set the temperature to 60 degrees, the whole body of the machine gets hot.Also the sound of the motor is too loud.. If you call the customer care no response even after 4 days no one comes to the service.. Do not buy LG brands. worst service
