what age does this fit?

You should go by your child's size and not their age. My son is 3 years old and I got the toddler size since he is only 37" tall and 28lbs. The toddler size fits 35"-39" tall and up to 34lbs. The small size fits 44"-48" tall and 36-52lbs.

What size is "small" ? 3T? 4T?

The size listed is upto 6. I bought this one and Chase for my twins who are turning 5 next week. Costumes are still loose. My boys are around 44 lb and 23 inch waist line. They fit pants ands tshirt under nicely. Costumes r maybe 2 inch longer

What's the difference between toddler 'one color' ($23.98) and toddler 'white' ($20.33)? Shouldn't it just be the one costume?
