The first shipment arrived damaged. I would have just glued it together but it came apart just at the right spot and made fixing it impossible. I contacted support and they mailed me a new one immediately. The second one did not come in damaged, however it's the same quality. It's not great and you have to be careful with it. But for the paid I price and their prompt customer service, I have no complaints.

The quality of this frame is very flimsy. I bought it as a Xmas gift to fill with pictures and give to my daughter. It arrived busted in two places. No time to return it, so I have my husband working frantically to try and salvage it. The colors are nice but that’s the extent of it. It seems most suitable for a very young person, not the average adult.

I like the frame itself. It looks nice..... Here are the problems.... First, they are 5 individual frames essentially stapled together. They are NOT sturdy as a set. Extreme care MUST be taken while handling or they will separate. Especially where the angled frame is attached. I ended up actually putting small screws through the frames on the back side to secure that angled frame. Second, there is only one wall hanger the back. If you don't want to hang it vertically as shown, you will need to put another wall hanger on the back on you own (as I had to). Bottom line, the frame wasn't really pricy, you can't expect high quality these days I guess. But, if you are handy, you can make necessary small fixes and the frame works out quite nicely.

This is one of my favorite frames. I had Christmas pictures of my kids put it in and it worked perfectly. I love this frame.

Love this picture frame super cute design wish it was a little more sturdy but on the wall you cant tell and it is adorable and rustic
