these work great and are easy to use. they are metal and can hurt sometimes if pressing to hard. after figuring out how to use they work great. easy to clean and sterilize after several uses.

Want a cleaner tongue? Never realized that it was dirty.

When you scrape your tongue. A lot of “stuff” scrapes off and you will be amazed at how much actually scrapes off. I do it once a day and my mouth feels cleaner.
