Mens Sleep Cap - 100% Cotton Night Cap for Men

A bit of background for me: I am a very sensitive sleeper, and have been in the habit for years of throwing an old T-shirt over my head to block the light and wearing earplugs to block sound. I've tried face masks, but the straps rub against my ears and become uncomfortable. Recently I've been trying to toss the T-shirt habit, but I found that even in a dark room, I couldn't fall asleep! Then it dawned on me that I am used to the WARMTH of the T-shirt and not just the darkness. So, on a whim I decided to try to find some sort of head covering, and I stumbled upon this one!Just some basic observations:-Light blocking: I got denim blue. It's dark enough for my needs. I pull it over my ears and eyes, and if I need more light blocking, I can fold up an extra layer. I usually don't bother, though, since it mutes the light enough as is.-Thickness: The material is somewhat thick. I wouldn't mind it thicker (I'm the kind of guy who likes having TONS of heavy blankets). On the plus side, it's quite breathable. No issues with sweat or anything of the sort.-Warmth: Definitely keeps my head warmer!-Comfort: VERY comfortable, I hardly notice I'm wearing it.-Size: A bit on the large side, but that's OK by me since it gives extra material in case I need it. I haven't washed it yet, but if/when it shrinks, I suspect it will still be fine.All in all I like it!Bonus points for presentation: The company included a thank-you card and a fridge magnet with a pink ribbon and poem. Very cute. :)

These nightcaps are a bit thicker than night caps I have had before. They are also "longer" You can do a fold/roll to make it fit like a watch cap, and it's long enough to roll down and cover my eyes when I want to take a nap in my recliner during the day. They are also great at night when the temperature in the bedroom dips.The flat top structure seems to be common to night caps. I guess that's because they aren't made of those super-stretchy bulky knits like watch caps/skull caps. These have some stretch, but they are more like a double layer of jersey material around the side, with single layer on the top panel. The material is comfortable, providing cover and warmth retention without bulk and overheating.I have three of them. I'm happy with them.

I was a little skeptical at first since the package I received was so lightweight and tiny, but the hat is a perfect weight and thickness, not bulky at all. It fully covers my ears which many hats don't do, keeping them warm along with my head. It is 100% cotton so it is soft and comfortable. This is a perfect sleep hat and I brought it with me when I was admitted to the hospital since it can be a little chilly in there especially in the wintertime. I do not consider this an outdoor hat at all.

The elastic head band is weak. The hat comes off during the night every time. I like the fabric. I think I'll use it for cleaning tv and computer screens.

I absolutely love this cap! I got it to sleep in, because we lower the heat to around 58 degrees F at night. I can't pull the covers over my head, and my head/ears are always cold and causes me to wake up several times a night. This cap is not tight, not bulky and very comfortable. I tried regular wool pullover hats, but I can't sleep in them. This cap is the perfect design---allows my head to breathe, isn't tight, and is extremely comfortable. I know I'll be ordering more of these for me, and other members of my family! What a treat to sleep in!

Well, I initially thought I had erred in getting something that was not on Prime (2 day delivery), but I was wrong. The cap took a week to arrive but is amazing: stylish, warm, fits perfectly--far far better quality fabric than commonly available in stores, where synthetic hats abound. I write in response to the great quality of the product. Plus, they package it so lovingly, with an inspirational magnet and a thank you card--what a classy company, which I am proud to support. Feel like I got a Christmas present..

Very very soft and comfortable. I've been wearing this for a few months now. I have a 23.5" circumference head, and this sleep cap does not feel tight nor baggy, just perfect. Neither too heavy nor too thin. I can pull the hat down over my eyes to block light and sleep comfortably. I am fairly bald and what hair I do have is cut short. I haven't washed it yet, so cannot comment on whether it shrinks or retains its perfect size and softness.

My husband has become handicapped and his bald head gets cold at night. This cap is a perfect lightweight cover for him at night. It is well made and very soft.It would also be a nice light weight head covering for men or women outside.Would love to see more colors!

I wanted a loose cap to keep my head warm at night, especially when camping. This cap does just that, plus can be pulled down to cover my ears and eyes, effectively blocking out the light. I ordered two, so have one to wear and one to wash; the washing cycles have not adversely affected them. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Works great over a shower cap for overnight conditioning. I use this over a disposable shower cap when I deep condition my hair. I use this overtop to ensure no mess from the conditioner while I sleep & to reduce the crincklyness. Washes well & is soft material.
