I have tried so many vacuums but this just beats them all. It’s powerful (but has TWO suction strength settings if you don’t need to go full jumbo jet!). It’s on wheels? Of course it is! It’s so easy to move around and feels lightweight despite how brilliant and sturdy the machine is. You can beat the price for a 2 in 1 carpet cleaner and vacuum, it’s an absolute bargain, I would’ve paid double. The cord is very long, so it’s easy to do your whole house (or flat if you hate stairs like me hehe). It outperforms all the name brand vacuums in my opinions. I spent 5 minutes with it on my cat riddled sofa and it came up looking brand new - how do you beat performance like that? It doesn’t leak, it’s doesn’t randomly stop sucking, it doesn’t stink (as long as you empty it out of course). All around, a brilliant bit of kit.

Product is good but i didnt use the carpet shampoo function yet . In first place controller in the hose didnt work even after installing battery I assume i need to read manual to know how to use that.Bad part :The two metal pipes are join with a plastic part which might break while carpet shampooing if we apply force in wrong positionOne of the user has posted the picture all we have to do is little careful while applying force.Overall product is good

Let's put things in context: I took a carpet cleaning course many years ago, so I have some idea what I'm talking about.Extraction cleaning is referred to in the trade as "squirt and suck." because that's what you do. You squirt the solution onto the furniture/carpet and then suck it out. You mentally divide things into sections: for each section ... It's usual to make 1 fairly slow squirt and suck pass and then several suck passes until no more solution is sucked out. There's a bit more to it than that, but you get the idea.This machine doesn't have a trigger to control the solution; instead it has a remote switch to control the pump. It sounds like a good idea, but it absolutely isn't. The switch is very hit-and-miss so doesn't control the flow reliably or with precision. As you can imagine, for effective cleaning, you want to put just the right amount of solution into just the right place ... which is completely impossible with this machine.In addition, the vacuum tubes etc, are really quite flimsy and I don't have confidence that they are up to the job.I strongly suggest that you avoid this machine. The idea is good, but the execution is very disappointing.Hyundai, hang your heads in shame.

Purchased this to clean my light grey sofa. Did an excellent job. I have a young family and a dog and my sofa took a battering from them, my sofa came up like new. The machine is easy to use and keep clean after. The product feels feels premium and I'm very happy with my purchase.It's come in handy when my daughter had a sickness bug as it cleaned up my carpet and left it quick to dry.The ONLY drawback for me is the size of the water/shampoo reservoir is quite small but that is me being picky to give a full and fair review.I would definitely recommend this over plastic upright alternatives. The price is cheap it's almost ridiculous for how useful this has proven to be. I'll be doing my car next and I have no doubt this machine will do an excellent job.The suction is excellent and leaves carpets and sofa's as close to dry as you would hope for quick results too.To say I'm happy with this product is an understatement.

Product works very well not to sure why everyone’s saying it’s to loud it just sounds like a average hoover, Only few downsides is the poles are to short means you have to lean over whilst using it, the poles feel weak and will snap if to much pressure applied whilst carpet washing, the control panel on the handle doesn’t work.

This product arrived well packed ,but it had two plastic clips that held washer tube to hose broken ,there's a rough edge on part of handle which I hurt my finger on ,the actual length of poles ,that you use to vacume etc are far to short and my back aches after using it from bending ,also the noise levels is extreme for even for a short time ,my dog had to go outside .The actual suction power was average ,and not as good as say a more expensive brand .Also the filter in the bin that protects motor ,was full after one use ,as there isn't a bag to use with this product,finally after 15 minutes if vacuuming the motor casing which is plastic was very hot,and the whole machine had attracted let hair and dust all over it from static ,even though there's a chain which is supposed to stop this ,I'm very dissapointed with my purchase and will be returning it for these reasons ,I haven't used it on the carpet cleaning mode ,because I'm not happy about the water being in such close contact to motor compartment without any barrier apart from the filter .
