Sleek, Spill-Proof, and Keeps It Cold
Love the super sleek and modern design of this tumbler—it's stylish and easy to carry around. Totally spill-proof, so no worries tossing it in a bag or bringing it along for a ride. It fits perfectly in both my car and Peloton cup holders, which is a huge plus.It does a great job keeping my cold drinks icy, and I’m big on ice—like the good ice kind. That said, I do wish it was 32 oz instead of 24 oz. With all the ice I like to use, I find myself refilling it more often than I’d like. But overall, it’s a great tumbler for everyday use with a clean look and functional design.

Contigo is quality
If you need a quality water bottle that definitely keeps your drinks insulated, Contigo is IT. Bought this for my daughter when she's out at summer camp, and the fact that there are still chunks of ice in there from breakfast to bedtime is phenomenal. Contigo water bottles are ALWAYS worth their cost, the quality is amazing. It's been dropped quite a few times, yet still holds it's shape and it doesn't effect the capacity of the bottle's holding nor does it impact the ease of using it. The bottle are simple to clean, and the mouthpiece can be washed by hand and you can use even just your fingers and some soap to clean out the silicone straw piece. This bottle has never leaked on her, never lost the ability to use it the way it's intended and holds enough water to last her personally throughout the day. It's easy to decorate and personalize as well so she doesn't misplace it or it blends in with the crowd.

Doesn't sell parts at all. For one broken lid, the whole bottle needs to be replaced.
I bought several of the same style water bottles so that I don't need to worry about matching lids with bottles. The quality in general is very good and lasts for a long time. However, when I found a broken lid, I wanted to order it but realized that they don't sell lids. The customer rep offered to replace the whole bottle but I have to fill out a list of questions. I don't think I want to spend so much time for one single lid. Mostly, I already threw away the lid after taking the pictures. It does surprised me that such a big brand doesn't sell parts. Once all the lids are broken, I plan to go for another company that would sell lids/parts.=====From the customer service=================It would help us better understand how this issue occurred if you reply to the below questions:- How and when was the product cleaned?- What liquids were used with the bottle?- Was the product ever dropped?- Briefly describe the issue you are facing with the product- Has this issue occurred since first use or did it start later?Furthermore, in order for us to be able to proceed with the case please kindly provide us also with the following photos showing:1) Full view of your product (body and lid together)2) The bottom of the lid/body, showing the clock-like picture (manufacturing date code) & two-letter code (supplier code).Sometimes the photo might be blurry and therefore you can simply confirm the Manufacturing date code showed inside the clock-like (eg. 12/20) and the supplier code (eg. Best flip top design I have seen.
I love this bottle. I had the 32 oz version and left it on a bus. I bought the 24 oz. bottle this time. The flip top design is the best I've seen. The seller is also very good to work with.

the product and customer service are awful
There was nothing to like. The products suction both lost within a couple of months.
