Unfortunately we do not offer this in 34 inch lengths in our Amazon store. However we do offer a more economical version of this item on Amazon we offer a mixed bag of different lengths. The length of each holder varies from 1" to 8" with most measuring between 3.5" to 5.5". https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0949KJXHF

Q: could this help "hinge" 2 pieces of foam presentation board?

We believe this would work for that purpose. This product should be able to work with most panels that measure between 3/16" to .25" thick. However, please note - you would only be able to form a 90 degree angle with this connector. We do have similar hinged connectors to give the flexibility a hinge usually requires. Hi, Sorry for the mistake here, that seems to have been a typo. This product is only for 3/16" to 1/4" thick panels.
