What is the difference between the types eg soft/luxury? Thanks

First type is soft/luxery but weight is low , inside and uper matrial diffference . Medium is , more matrial inside and quality of upler cover is higher then normal one. Preimer is more good quality then medium, more longe life and longe term same bouce .ex two to 3 years.

How long do I need to give pillow out of vacuum bag before using?

We used this straight away. It was for my Mom who was in hospital at the time due to having a stroke and she loved it from as soon as it came out of the bag. Still uses it now at home.

Very pleased!

I used this as a seat cushion after surgery. I’m 90kg and it offered me good support and pain relief (even though that is not what it is intended for!)Very pleased with it. I now use it as a neck pillow and back support when I’m watching TV.Very pleased with the quality and price.

Comfy and Versatile!

I bought this originally for my partner who suffers with upper back and neck pain and it's safe to say he loves it! Great as a reading pillow when sat up in bed and when laying down. Very soft but not too soft where it just offers zero support. I really like it, good design and I often find myself "borrowing" it from my partner.May just have to buy another at this price too!
