Every person I gave this to has helped them a lot. I had a person who had a bone pain, And she was gonna get an injection in 3 days. So I gave her my vitamin D and as soon as she took it. It went away and she didn't have to get the injection. She had a major vitamin D deficiency. This product does what it's supposed to do. It's vital.I was taking a Vit D and K2 supplement by a different brand.
