I’ll give a review after I start taking the tea according to some people it supposed to help with diabetes to control and your bones so it’s too early to say or give a review

I started using this tea about 6 weeks ago. When I prepare strong tea using 2 bags in a cap it lowers my blood glucose level up to 30 points withing one hour of sipping. (I use continuous blood glucose monitor). Very pleasant tea taste. Also, very tasty chilled with ice. Highly recommended.

Amazon did not misrepresent this tea. Instagram claimed it was nicknamed "the insulin of the something or other". And I bought it. They put some man on saying this tea acts like natural insulin for those with diabetes. It's properties are "blah, blah, blah." NOT. Did nothing at all. It's a mild tea that tastes fine. But that was it. If you are interested in this for it's healing properties don't bother. Again, Amazon never misrepresented this tea, but if you saw it on social media and wonder if it lowers A1C forget about it.
