HelloBaby No WiFi Baby Monitor 5" Screen 30-Hour Battery Pan-Tilt-Zoom Video Upgrade with Camera and Audio, Night Vision, VOX, 2-Way Talk, 8 Lullabies and 1000ft Range

This is my 3rd HelloBaby product! I received this monitor as a gift in 2023. I loved it! Easy to use, picture quality was great in color and night vision. I purchased a second HelloBaby monitor (different model) that was cheaper & smaller to make it easier to take along on travel or family visits; It gets the job done (still have it and is working great). Unfortunately, my 2023 monitor broke a few days ago. It’s been dropped quite a bit, so it had nothing to do with the product. It’s been surprisingly very durable as there were times I thought it for sure had broken. Tiny hands are quick and powerful! But this last time, the monitor finally gave out. So of course, I planned to purchase another monitor set because you can connect up to 4 cameras to it and my 2023 camera worked just fine. Upon receiving it, the connection fails with my old camera. But the connection with the new monitor and new camera was a piece of cake. I contacted HelloBaby customer service to get assistance with the connection and I received a VERY quick response. That was my first surprise. But not only that, upon discussing my issue, they sent me a whole new camera because my 2023 camera was no longer compatible as there was an update to the 2025 cameras! Talk about amazing customer service! The entire time, they were friendly, understanding, and provided quick responses. This is probably my 2nd review ever, but my first POSITIVE review because how could I possibly not mention what a breeze this company made it to solve my issue. And from what I see, my review is one of many that rave about their customer service. I can also say, the upgrades have been phenomenal. The screen appears to be clearer (I had 0 complaints before so this is fantastic) and the battery life lasts so much longer. I also love the date and time stamp that automatically appears on the screen—as busy parents, days are a blur and our eyes are often on the monitors while trying to get things done, beats having to hunt down a phone because those wind up getting lost while doing a million things while baby naps! I was a happy customer before, but after this AMAZING Customer Service experience, I am even more thrilled about their products. Truly amazing that they’ve given a lot of busy, stressed out parents one less problem to worry about! Thank you HelloBaby!!!

We've been using the HelloBaby monitor for almost a year now, and it's been great! The picture is very clear in both daytime and night vision mode. The microphone is very sensitive, and picks up when trucks drive by outside with the windows closed. The adjustable sensitivity in the eco mode makes it very flexible for whether we want it to turn on for any sound or just the louder cries, and we cycle through the different settings through the day and whether we're right outside their room or farther away.The range is very good. I like that the antenna can fold down to be more compact around the house. With the antenna up, the signal reaches through the house and about 150 ft into the backyard, so I can do things outside while the baby sleeps. If I go to far or the signal drops, the monitor beeps so that I know that it's not connected to the camera anymore, which keeps me from constantly checking that it's working.The sound is loud enough on the highest volume that I can hear it outside with ambient sounds from at least 20 ft away without any issues.If I could change one thing about the monitor, it would be to lower the minimum brightness. I'm the sort of person that tends to keep the phone brightness at the absolute minimum at night, while the monitor's lowest setting is probably closer to the 30% of my phone. It is plenty of bright at the higher setting to see easily outside in full sun.Recently, the audio stopped working on the monitor itself. Everything else worked, and the camera picked up the sound, but it just wouldn't play out of the monitor speaker. Even though it had been over a year since we bought it, I reached out to customer support to see if there was any way to fix it. I was already set on buying After going through some troubleshooting steps, they sent me a brand new monitor. The new monitor paired with the camera with a single button push and has been working perfectly. It's hard to find companies that stand behind their quality products, but this is definitely one of them. I already have and will continue to recommend the HelloBaby system to friends and family.

We didn’t need a baby monitor until our daughter got moved to her own room at 9 months old. After a lot of research, we tried this one. We’ve been pleasantly surprised! The battery life is INCREDIBLE! And the picture quality and clarity is great. There are a lot of features on it that make it easy to use, and the range of motion is great as well. The range of the monitor is very good, we have been able to use it outside on the porch with no issues!
